Note by Doctor Be+ : Above mentioned techniques were all formerly used frequently by Dr.Berke Özücer. The pathology in synkinesis is caused by the mis-wiring of the facial nerve branches and trying to address this problem via transecting muscles was used abundantly in the past. Now addressing this problem by nerve-mapping and transecting nerves is (I believe) the more clever/superior way of approaching this problem.
This way the muscle of the face is intact but the problematic mis-firing of the nerve is avoided which is the more ideal solution to the underlying problem.
